Steam Full Access Accounts: What You Get After Delivery

Published Oct 20, 2026

A plain guide to buying Full Access Steam accounts from Nexys: what transfers, how manual delivery works, platform and region limits, and the steps to change email, password and enable 2FA after delivery.

What a Full Access Steam account actually is

A Full Access (FA) Steam account is a complete Steam login, not a game key. Instead of receiving a code that adds a title to your own account, you get the full credentials to an account that already carries the games. You sign in as the owner of that account, with the whole library and profile at your disposal.

The problem it solves is simple. Some titles are region-locked, hard to buy in your country, or too expensive individually. A Full Access account gives you a clean base and complete, long-term ownership access to what is on it, without juggling keys or family-sharing restrictions.

Before you buy, understand that account ownership sits with the original owner. Buying and selling Steam accounts goes against Steam's terms of service, and Steam can suspend or permanently disable an account. This is true of every account sale on any marketplace. What we can control is how honestly we describe what you are buying and how clearly we walk you through securing it after delivery.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

A Full Access account fits you if you want a ready Steam library, a secondary profile configuration, or a base for region-locked titles you cannot buy directly. It is the right pick when you want full control over the account rather than just one game.

It is not the right pick if you plan to attach the games to an existing personal Steam account, because that is not how it works. And if the thought of an account carrying more than you need puts you off, the game-specific variants on our Steam account page are the leaner option. Know which you want before you check out.

What transfers, and how delivery works

Delivery on a Full Access account is manual. A member of our team hands over the login credentials directly, because this kind of handover cannot be automated the way a game key can. Expect this to take a little time rather than arriving instantly in your inbox.

Because it is manual, check the account details on the product page before ordering. The listing tells you exactly what is included with the purchase, any platform notes, and the delivery steps you need to follow once the credentials reach you. Treat that page as the source of truth for your specific account.

Securing the account, step by step

Do these in order right after delivery. They take about ten minutes and they are what actually protects your purchase.

  1. Sign in to Steam with the credentials you were given. Do not install games yet.
  2. Change the password first. Steam will sign you out everywhere else once you do.
  3. Change the email on the account. This is the step most buyers skip and it is the one that matters most, because the recovery email is how an account gets taken back.
  4. Add your own phone number and enable Steam Guard (two-factor authentication). If you skip this, anyone with the old credentials can log in.
  5. Review the account's library and settings to confirm everything you expected is there.

Changing the email is not optional. Until the email belongs to you, the account does not really belong to you.

Platform and region limits to check first

Steam accounts come with platform and region constraints baked in. A Full Access account may carry store region settings that decide what you can buy and at what price, and some games are region-locked on top of that.

Read the product listing for your account's platform notes before you buy. If your setup is Windows-only and the account is store-region APAC, that changes what you can do with it. Ask us before ordering if the listing does not make it obvious, because these limits are not something we can change after the handover.

The mistakes that cause most support tickets

  • Not changing the email immediately, then losing the account to a recovery request.
  • Overlooking Steam Guard and assuming the password alone is enough.
  • Assuming a Full Access account behaves like a game key added to your own profile.
  • Ignoring region or platform notes on the product page and buying a bad fit.
  • Waiting days to secure the account instead of doing it in the first ten minutes.

Troubleshooting common issues

Credentials do not work at sign-in. Double-check that you are entering the exact password from the handover and not your Nexys login. If it still fails, contact us โ€” manual delivery means we can verify the handover.

Steam asks for a Steam Guard code on first sign-in. That is normal and expected on a new device. If you have not set your own 2FA yet, use the method described on the product page to get in, then set your own Steam Guard right after.

A game in the library will not launch. Some titles carry region or hardware locks. Look again at the product listing's platform notes, because this is usually a limit that was listed before you bought, not a fault after.

You want games from the library on your personal account. This is not possible. A Full Access account is a whole account, not a transferable key, so the library stays with it.

Frequently asked questions

Is a Full Access account permanent?

No account sale can be promised as permanent. Steam's terms of service prohibit account trading, and either the original owner or Steam itself can reclaim or suspend the account. Securing the email and 2FA lowers the risk substantially, but nothing makes an account risk-free.

What happens if the account is reclaimed?

Our refund and replacement policy is on the product page and in our store policies. Accounts that get recalled or reclaimed fall under those terms, so read them before buying.

Will I get the recovery email?

Yes, changing the email to one you control is part of the securing steps above.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is manual, so it is not instant. The product listing gives the expected window, and our team handles the handover directly.

Can I use a Full Access account on multiple PCs?

Yes, because it is a normal Steam login. Steam may ask for verification on new devices, and Steam Guard makes that a familiar process.

Is this the same as a game key?

No. A key adds one game to your own account. A Full Access account is the whole account with its library attached.

Buy the account that fits your setup

Full Access gives you complete control and a ready library. Game-specific variants are the cheaper route if you only want one title. Compare the options on our Steam account page and check the listing details before you decide.
